Shasta Annex is located in the quiet and tranquil village of Mawnan Smith close to the beautiful Helford River and just a short drive from the local beaches and gardens. Shasta Annex is a self catering apartment which sleeps two and is ideal for couples looking for a quiet holiday in a peaceful location.
The apartment consists of a spacious lounge diner and kitchen leading out to a patio area with outdoor table and seating. The garden is spacious and immaculately maintained with a wide range of shrubs together with statues and a water feature. The ideal place to relax over an evening meal after another great day out in Cornwall. The lounge is spacious and comfortable with a flat screen TV and great views out over our garden. The kitchen is very well equipped with a cooker, fridge and washing machine. The kitchen was very recently completely re-furbished with new granite worktops and all new units.
The bathroom is well fitted with modern units and includes both a bath and shower. The spacious bedroom features a double bed together with plenty of storage. The apartment is both spotlessly clean and immaculately maintained. We provide all guests with a welcome pack and all towels and linen is provided. There is plenty of off road parking available and there is free Wi-Fi throughout the apartment. Shasta Annex is also dog friendly.
Shasta is open throughout the year. Prices are based on accommodation. Mini breaks are available from the 1st January – 1st April and 30th September – 9th December at £90 per night with a minimum two night stay.
